Day 1

We checked into our hotels and basically J-R and his entourage began to watch the splendor of Aruba's sunset. Everyone was on their own to explore the island.

Day 2

More time in the sun. The Aruba sea seduces its visitors to join her. Shipwrecks surround the Island to draw in sea life for scuba enthusiasts in search of colorful fish and sunken treasures. This Island is 20 miles in length. A very dry desert island filled with cactus plants. An abundance of Aloe Vera. Colonized by the Spanish originally, they left the island with it's gold and native Indians and headed to the Dominican Republic. Then the Dutch took over and thus Aruba has four languages: Spanish, Papiamento, Dutch and English. Papiamento is all three combined with some Portuguese. We got some rest and watched another sunset.

Day 3

John Morton facilitating the "You Are the Blessings" workshop in Aruba
More sun and beaches. People were getting ready for John Morton's workshop. J-R and his posse arrived and the Workshop was packed / sold out, filled with a lot of Insight people from Aruba. Insight is very strong here. Grace Maduro was very instrumental in making her dream come true to have a workshop / seminar with the Travelers live in the room, on the Island. We then invited the local MSIA Reps to join us for dinner.

Day 4

Spiritual Warriors testing in the morning at the theatre came off smooth. We then headed on a bus tour around the island. Leading the tour bus was our driver / guide Jacky. We headed to Baby Beach. We jumped in while J-R meditated in the shade. Then headed to lunch at a restaurant on the south east part of the Island called 'Boca Prins Bar, Restaurant & Souvenirs'. It reminded me of the film "Bagdad Cafe". A really desolate place. We headed back for our premiere in Aruba at The Cas Di Cultura. We had a sold out screening of over 500 seats. In the lobby of the theatre, artists from a local actors group created three tableau vivants -- Egyptian themes from the movie Spiritual Warriors. We entered the scene. It was magical. Sold Out. Filled again with many Insight people from Aruba. All this came about because of a great woman, Julia de Ruijter and her good friends Cerillio, Charlissa, Tasha, Grace and more. We did our Q &A but no questions were needed. We presented Julia and her team with our thank you gifts, and we also received Aruba souvenirs from our new friends.

John-Roger & Jsu Garcia at a late night dinner in Aruba
We then headed to a late dinner for our final evening in Aruba.

I left singing that Beach Boy song like this: Aruba, Jamaica......Kokomo we'll get there fast and then we'll take it slow. I love Aruba and our new friends. I learned to trust more and enjoy more. I saw how Spiritual Warriors has moved people around the world.

Aruba is called the Happy Island. I call it the Insight Island. Thanks again to Zoe for working those late nights. Thank you again J-R for making this happen beyond my limited mind / vision.
