Dr. Paul Kaye presents about "Momentum: Letting Love Lead" in St. Paul, Minnesota
Love led approximately 40 Elliot Park neighborhood folks, along with MSIA community members and other friends and patrons from all corners of the Twin Cities, through snowy rush hour traffic to the Bound To Be Read Book Store on stately Grand Avenue in St. Paul, Minnesota, for an evening of genuine significance, during these times and always.

The momentum guiding this convergence was the featured author of the evening -- the inimitable Dr. Paul Kaye -- debuting his new book Momentum, Letting Love Lead, co-authored with John-Roger.

The participants at the "Momentum" event in St. Paul, MN
Side by side were MSIA old-timers, newcomers, and those unaware of the MSIA organization at all. They listened and chatted and willingly took part in practical applications for acceptance, forgiveness and loving.

I grinned while perceiving nods and “ah-ha” around the room as Paul disseminated adages from the book such as, "We are not human beings having a spiritual experience; we are spiritual beings having a human experience." And, "Don't hurt yourself; don't hurt others."

Experiencing Paul's affable wit and wisdom is always a pleasure. Listening to him explain the concept of "wisdom in imbalance" and "living in the moment" gave pause for thought. However, practicing the 10-second breathing technique, followed by "I love this!" alongside a roomful of agreeable participants was positively liberating.

It was a wonderful evening! Hopefully to be repeated again -- soon!
